Workforce Ready

Many organizations are faced with hiring new employees that lack the skill, experience or training necessary to achieve organizational success.  Students who need job experience lack the opportunity due to organizational requirements.  We provide a bridge across these needs by working with organizations to develop a customized learning program that meets both student and organization’s needs.  Powered by ADP – The HR Juggernaut – We provide a number of options to provide an internship program perfect for your business.

Employee School Placement Program

Do you have employees transferring to Jacksonville?  Locating a school for their children is an incredible burden.  Our educational consultants work one-on-one with local and newly-arriving families to navigate public, private, charter, magnet, specialized, and general schools to ensure the best possible fit and learning environment for their children from VPK through High School.  We provide reduced rates for partner organizations that refer our services to their employees.

Boardroom Prep

Be a standout in your community by joining our Boardroom Prep Program.  Students are taught leadership, management and business finance via our classroom presentations and workshop opportunities, then participate in boardroom discussions at your workplace as an unpaid leadership internship for students.  The students have an opportunity to experience boardroom meetings and presentations, while your organization benefits from the student’s insight and input.

Affiliate Partners

Strategic Passions delivers business, finance and leadership presentations to students in our local centers, through monthly community outreach events and  virtually world wide.  As an Affiliate Partner, your organization is invited to present and advertise their products, programs and materials during these presentations.  We often provide this opportunity in exchange for your organization’s executives to present financial, leadership or business training, conduct a meet-and-greet and orientation at your organization, or provide volunteer coaching and mentoring.  Please contact us for availability.

Organizational Training & Development

As organizations work to achieve more with less, innovation and agility are fundamental to organizational performance.  A formalized training plan is critical (and in many fields required) to ensure employee skill, accountability, and commitment.  New employee orientation, new technology and data security requirements, health and CPR training, new management, leadership and customized organizational training are all available at our local development center, your organization, or via our virtual portal for live or self-paced learning.

Business Consulting

Needs assessments, performance metrics and evaluation, business negotiations, change efforts and organizational development are the bread and butter of Strategic Passions Consulting.  Focusing on nonprofits, startups, small and medium sized businesses, SPC delivers cost-effective consulting key for growth and innovation.  SPC Specializes in strategic planning, program/process improvement and technology assessments and implementations.  Like our website and marketing?  Yup, all work done by Strategic Passions Consulting.  Click the Get Started link to request an initial consultation.
